Weddings at Magdalen College Oxford are magnificent. Even if you are not a former Oxford student, your wedding can take place in one of five venues licensed for civil ceremonies. The College was founded in 1458 and, as such, it carries a plethora of history and stories. Set in Oxford City Centre it’s an easy venue to reach. Splendid grounds, stunning rooms and picturesque views all come as standard with a wedding at Magdalen College.

When I was there last, the bride and groom (a former student at the College) were given a tour of the buildings and grounds, stopping by the river for a lovely little champagne picnic. Weddings at Magdalen College certainly have the wow factor and I couldn’t recommend the venue highly enough.
